详细信息 Alginate is an anionic polysaccharide distributed widely in the cell walls of brown algae,where through binding with water it forms a viscous gum. Alginates are refined from brown seaweeds.such as seaweed”Lessonia Nigrescens”,”Lessonia Flavicans”.It is used as thickening agent of ice cream,cheese,pudding,jam,salads,juice,Noodle etc.
